The Circus Circus project involved the new construction of a 35-story tower, making an overall room capacity of 3,200 rooms. Included in this project were new restaurants, showrooms, bars and nightclubs, spa and health club, construction of administration facilities, the pylon sign and banquet hall. M.J. Dean was the general contractor and self-performed all concrete work, metal stud framing, drywall, painting, and EIFS.
