The Panorama Twin Towers are two 34-story, 400 ft. tall condominium towers developed by Hallier Properties, LLC. and designed by Klai Juba Architects. Located on Dean Martin Drive at Harmon Avenue, both towers showcase an aqua and blue glass skin accented by EIFS bands with exterior patios to allow residents dramatic views of the Las Vegas Strip and the mountains to the west. Each tower features 616 units ranging from 700 to 4,500 sq. ft. A workforce of approximately 700 people and 80,000 cu. yds. of cast-in-place concrete were needed to complete this project, which also included two five-level, 644-car parking structures. M.J. Dean was chosen to be the general contractor and was responsible for project management, and self-performed all concrete work, metal stud framing, drywall, painting, and EIFS.
