The Wyndham was a multiphase project. The first phase broke ground in 2001 with a completion of the third and final phase in September of 2005. Architects for the first two phases were Koi and Springer followed by Gerald B. Koi on the third phase. The property is located at 265 East Harmon Avenue at the heart of Las Vegas’ most renowned casinos and attractions.

The exterior of the buildings consist of EIFS and glass with mansard roofs. Construction of the towers took 48,000 cu. yds. of cast-in-place concrete, with a workforce that varied between 200 and 250 craftsmen. M.J. Dean was the general contractor and also self performed all concrete work, metal stud framing, drywall, and painting.
